The terms of six members and one vacant position of the Mesquite Industrial Development Corporation expire on December 31, 2025.
This nonprofit corporation was established under the provisions of the Texas Development Corporation Act of 1979 in order to provide conduit financing for industrial projects through the sale of tax-exempt bonds.
Board members are appointed to two-year terms and meet on an as-needed basis.

Staff recommends re-appointment of Daniel Alemán, Jr., Jeff Casper, Kenny Green, Elizabeth Rodriguez-Ross, B.W. Smith and Brandon Murden, and the appointment of Andrew Hubacek to the Mesquite Industrial Development Corporation for terms to expire December 31, 2027.
