The terms of six members and one vacant position of the Mesquite Housing Finance Corporation expire on December 31, 2025.
The Housing Finance Corporation operates under the provisions of the Housing Finance Corporation Act of 1979 in order to provide a means of financing affordable housing developments that will provide decent, safe and sanitary housing at affordable prices for residents of Mesquite.
Members serve for two-year terms and meet on an as-needed basis.

Staff recommends re-appointment of Daniel Alemán, Jr., Jeff Casper, Kenny Green, Elizabeth Rodriguez-Ross, B.W. Smith and Brandon Murden, and appointment of Andrew Hubacek to the Mesquite Housing Finance Corporation for terms to expire December 31, 2027.
