This contract involves upsizing and rehabilitating existing wastewater infrastructure within Sewer Basin 13 to address historical overflows and reduce inflow and infiltration. Sewer Basin 13 is a defined area within the City that collects wastewater and conveys flows through the underground system to the regional treatment facility. The work includes replacing multiple linear feet of wastewater mains along Hula Drive, Viva Drive, Anthony Drive, and Parkside Drive.
Financial Implications
Funding for the design contract is allocated with Water and Sewer Funds.

Staff recommends the City Manager be authorized to finalize and execute a Professional Engineering Services Contract with Teague Nall and Perkins, Inc.
