Authorize the City Manager to finalize and execute a Professional Engineering Services Contract with Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc., to develop the Southeast Water Transmission Main, in the amount of $1,151,100.00.
Body
This contract includes the preparation of construction plans for approximately 21,500 linear feet of water transmission main extending from the Southeast Pump Station to Lawson Road. The project consists of a 30-inch water main extending to Cartwright Road, transitioning to a 24-inch main along Faithon P. Lucas Sr., Boulevard and South Mesquite Creek, and terminating at the existing 24-inch water transmission main on Lawson Road.
Financial Implications
This project is funded with Water and Sewer funds.

Staff recommends the City Manager be authorized to finalize and execute a Professional Engineering Services Contract with Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc.
