Fitzpatrick Design Construction Services Group LLC was identified by Staff to provide professional services to assist the City in administration of the design and construction process for New Fire Station No. 8 and New Public Safety Training Facility. This firm will act as the City’s advocate throughout the process and provide services from the design phase through project close out.
Financial Implications
Fees will be paid from the Fire Station No. 8 and Public Safety Training Facility capital project budget.
Recommended/Desired Action
Staff recommends the City Manager be authorized to execute a contract with Fitzpatrick Design Construction Services Group LLC.
