AUI Partners, LLC submitted the sole proposal for construction services for the construction of New Fire Station No. 2. The current Fire Station No. 2 has surpassed its useful life span and is in need of replacement.
Bid documents for the construction services for this project were broadcast through the Periscope Holdings electronic bidding system, posted on the City’s website and advertised in the Daily Commercial newspaper. One bid response was received.
The contractor proposed a cost of $9,649,222.00 with a construction duration of 425 days to substantial completion. Completion is anticipated in late Summer 2025.
Financial Implications
Funding for this project is from bond funds in project B0053.
