Body

The Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) establishes and defines a partnership between the Mesquite Fire Department and Texas Emergency Management Assistance Teams (TEMAT).  The purpose of the MOU is to delineate responsibilities and procedures for TEMAT activities under the authority of State of Texas Emergency Management Plan.

Recommended/Desired Action

Staff recommends approval of the MOU and authorize the Fire Chief to execute the MOU.
