In November 2023, the Utility Division required repairs for the Vactor 2100 Sewer Jet Vac Truck. The Vactor truck is a vital piece of equipment and is used in the daily operations of the Utility Division. Consequently, Kinloch Equipment & Supply, Inc. has performed the repairs under the current fiscal year budget, avoiding the need to purchase a replacement.
Financial Implications
This purchase is funded through the Water and Sewer Capital Reserve Fund.
Recommended/Desired Action
Staff recommends approval of the ratification.
