During the Pre-Meeting, the City’s Investment Advisory Firm, Public Trust Advisors, will present an overview of the investment activity through Third Quarter Fiscal Year 2024, historical trends, and an economic update. In addition, staff will cover proposed changes to the City’s Investment Policy that will be on the September 16, 2024, City Council agenda for approval.
