Body
Wing Bird Aviation, LLC wishes to lease City-owned office space at the Mesquite Metro Airport to expand their current office footprint and support their flight school. The agreement sets an annual starting lease rate of $6,480.00 divided into monthly payments of $540.00, beginning February 1, 2025. The lease rate will be adjusted accordingly with the rates and fees set by City Council in the fee ordinance.
The City Attorney’s Office has approved the proposed lease as to content and form.

Staff recommends the City Manager be authorized to finalize and execute an Office Lease with Wing Bird Aviation, LLC.
