Holistic Utility Solutions will provide consulting services for a water loss study, billing verification, and solutions evaluation for the City of Mesquite water system. Scope of services includes:
Meter Testing & Field Verification
Water Loss Analysis
Billing Verification
Solutions Review
Wholesale Rate Analysis
Savings Analysis and Report
Following the execution of the contract, the study is expected to take approximately 4 months.
Financial Implications
Funding is available through the Water/Sewer Operating Budget.
Recommended/Desired Action
Staff recommends the City Manager be authorized to execute a contract with Holisus, LLC, dba Holistic Utility Solutions.
