Linebarger Goggan Blair and Sampson, LLP conducted a tax resale on the property identified as 1511 Hillcrest Street, Mesquite, TX. The bid received was not sufficient to meet the required minimum and, therefore, approval had to be obtained from all taxing jurisdictions, Mesquite Independent School District (MISD) as well as the Dallas County Commissioner’s Court.
Recommended/Desired Action
Staff recommends approval of resolution.
