Authorize the City Manager to finalize and execute a Professional Engineering Services Contract with Nathan D. Maier Consulting Engineers, Inc., a Texas Corporation, for Aerial Crossing Repairs, in the amount of $164,791.00.

This design contract consists of preparing plans and profile sheets for four (4) aerial crossings at the following locations:
• 18855 Interstate 635 (AC5)
• Lucas Farms (AC66)
• 1403 Majors Drive (AC27 and AC28)
The services include the development of construction drawings, technical specifications, preparation of a bypass plan, and preparation of an Opinion of Probable Construction Cost.
Pending Council approval, design will begin April 2026. The construction project is anticipated to be bid late 2026 and construction to begin early 2027 with completion in late 2027.
Financial Implications
Funding is available in the Water/Sewer Fund.
