During the Pre-Meeting, Staff and representatives from ETC Institute will present highlights and major findings of the Community Attitude and Satisfaction Survey. The survey provides input on residents' perceptions of the community and overall satisfaction of major City services and also provides a comparison of this year’s performance with other communities both regionally and nationally, as well as an internal comparison to 2023 survey results.
