Four Rear Loaders for Residential Solid Waste were approved in the Fiscal Year 2024-2025 Capital Outlay Budget.
Staff has located Four Peterbilt Rear Loaders to replace two units with high mileage and maintenance costs. Two will be new additions to Residential Solid Waste due to volume and route demand. The estimated time of arrival of these new units is August 2025.

Financial Implications
Funding is available in the Solid Waste Enterprise Fund. The remaining funds will be used to offset overages of other approved purchases and upfitting cost.
