Based on this evaluation, the staff has identified an aging unit with escalating maintenance costs and declining reliability. A Class 7 service body truck was approved for replacement in Fiscal Year 2025-2026 Capital Outlay Budget.

 

The proposed unit is a Ford F-750 Service Body Truck. The estimated arrival for the new unit is November 2026.
