The City of Mesquite will enter into an Interlocal Cooperative Purchasing Agreement with the City of Garland (RFB No. 27-2006) for a Risk Management Information System that will provide a modern capability and offer a cloud-based data repository, combined with robust reporting and analysis capabilities that will support the City of Mesquite’s various departments and divisions in achieving Strategic Goals and Objectives.  The contract expires November 1, 2028.  

 

Financial Implications

This service is included in the FY 2025-26 General Liability budget for years one, two, and three.

 

Recommended/Desired Action

Staff recommends that the City Manager be authorized to finalize and execute a contract and any required documents with Origami Risk LLC.
