A resolution authorizing the City Manager to execute an Interlocal Agreement with the Mesquite Independent School District (MISD) providing for the operation and use of the Mesquite Employee Health Center (MEHC).
Body
The City of Mesquite and Mesquite Independent School District (MISD) entered into an Interlocal Agreement in 2006, for the development, operation and use of a health clinic and pharmacy, otherwise known as the Mesquite Employee Health Center (MEHC). In review of the previous agreement, it was determined that document had expired. In an effort to renew and continue this long-standing partnership, the City of Mesquite and MISD have negotiated the terms of the agreement that are amenable to both parties.
Recommended/Desired Action
Staff recommends approval of the resolution.
