Authorize the Mayor to execute an Employment Agreement and establish a Severance Agreement in the event of separation of employment between the City of Mesquite, Texas, and City Secretary Sonja Land.

The City is establishing a Severance Agreement with the City Secretary to define terms for separation of employment in the event of early termination of the Employment Agreement with or without cause.
