This contract is for the completion of approximately 2,500 square yards of concrete pavement repairs across two collector streets and one local street. Additional improvements include pavement markings and pedestrian facilities.
This project is anticipated to begin in April 2026 and to be completed by August 2026.
Bid notices were broadcast through BidNet Direct electronic procurement system, posted on the City’s website, and published in the Daily Commercial Record newspaper. A total of ten responsive bids were received. A low responsive bid of $387,356.00 was submitted by Estrada Concrete Company, LLC.
Financial Implications
Funding is available within the Towne Centre Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone and the Street's annual operating budget.

Staff recommends that the City Manager be authorized to finalize and execute a contract with Estrada Concrete Company, LLC.
