Based on this evaluation, staff has identified an aging unit with escalating maintenance costs and declining reliability. A John Deere Tractor was approved for replacement in Fiscal Year 2025-2026 Capital Outlay Budget.
The proposed unit is a John Deere 6120 Tractor with a 600M loader bucket attachment. The estimated arrival for the new unit is November 2026.
