Both the Main Library and the North Branch Library order print materials (books) throughout the year. In recent years, the majority of books have been purchased through Ingram Library Services, and staff proposes to order these materials through Ingram for fiscal year 2018-19. Ingram is the selected vendor through the Texas Procurement and Support Services Contract No. 715-M2 for library books. The Library has purchased materials from Ingram since 2008 and the company has provided excellent discounts (as shown below), a high fill-rate and responsive delivery of materials.
