During the Pre-Meeting, City Management and Staff will provide strategy and budget presentations from Communications and Marketing, Airport and Information Technology Departments relating to City Council strategic goals and objectives. The presentations and discussion will help guide the review and preparation of the Fiscal Year 2023-24 Annual Budget.
