This project consists of replacing curb and gutter, reconstructing access driveways, installing sidewalk gap infill, and constructing ADA-compliant pedestrian ramps along Tierra Drive, Rancho Drive, and Camino Drive to improve pedestrian accessibility and bring the facilities into compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
This project is anticipated to begin in August 2026, and to be completed by January 2027.
Bid notices were broadcast through Bidnet Direct electronic procurement system and published in the Daily Commercial Record newspaper. A total of eleven responsive bids were received. A low responsive bid of $597,200.50 was submitted by CCGMG, LLC Series B.
This contracted work is intended to supplement our in-house asphalt crews with necessary concrete work ahead of asphalt paving. This work is above and beyond the capacity of our in-house concrete crews.
Financial Implications
The allocated funding is through Streets General Funds - Maintenance of Infrastructure.

Staff recommends that the City Manager be authorized to finalize and execute a contract with CCGMG, LLC Series B.
