Bid documents were broadcast to vendors on Periscope Holdings (formerly BidSync) electronic bidding system, posted on the City’s website and an Advertisement of Bid notice was published in the Daily Commercial Record newspaper. A total of four bids were received.
This bid contains various sizes of full circle clamps stored at the Warehouse Division and requested by the Utilities Division to repair water main breaks. Fortiline, Inc., bid on every item, met all specifications and offered the lowest price.
Financial Implications
Funding is available in the Fiscal Year 2020-21 annual budget.
