The attached financial schedules represent the City of Mesquite’s proposed plan of operations for Fiscal Year 2024-25 commencing October 1, 2024, and ending September 30, 2025. This plan of operations is the result of numerous City Council/Staff strategy presentations, discussion and opportunities for citizen input on the proposed budget.
After closing the public hearing, the City Council must vote to either adopt the budget at this meeting or postpone adoption of the budget to the next Council meeting, which is scheduled for August 19, 2024.
