A Special Charter Amendment Election was held on May 5, 2018, for the purpose of considering certain proposed amendments to the Home Rule Charter of the City of Mesquite. The City Council canvassed the election on May 15, 2018, and determined that City of Mesquite Propositions A - H were approved by qualified voters.
This ordinance ratifies and incorporates the adoption of amendments to the Home Rule Charter as a result of the May 5, 2018, Special Election.
