Consider appointment of two Regular Members (Place Nos. 2 and 5) to the Keep Mesquite Beautiful, Inc., Board of Directors for terms to expire December 31, 2026; one Regular Member (Place No. 4) for a term to expire December 31, 2024; and two Regular Members (Place Nos. 3 and 6) for terms to expire December 31, 2025.
Body
Currently, the Keep Mesquite Beautiful, Inc., (KMB) Board of Directors has five vacancies for Regular Members (Position Nos. 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6). All members serve alternating three-year terms with a limit of two terms.
KMB is a non-profit corporation. Therefore, attendance requirements are not applicable to this board. KMB was created to implement and maintain the Keep America Beautiful and Keep Texas Beautiful System and as an outgrowth and revision of the Mesquite Beautification Commission.
