This request is for the purchase of two Talino KA-901X Forensic Workstations and accompanying equipment. These computers will replace the current two computers that have served beyond their provided warranties and are no longer sufficient for the increasing demand of the memory requirements for current forensic software programs.
Financial Implications
The City Council approved the purchase of replacement computers as part of Amendment No. 1 to the Fiscal Year 2018-19 Confiscated Seizure Fund budget on November 5, 2018. Funds are available in the Fiscal Year 2018-19 Confiscated Seizure Fund account.
