During the Pre-Meeting, the City’s Investment Advisory Firm, Hilltop Securities Asset Management, will present an overview of investment activity through the third quarter of fiscal year 2026, highlighting trends and future economic outlook. In addition, City staff will cover proposed changes to the City’s Investment Policy that is scheduled for approval at the September 21, 2026, City Council meeting.
