Body
This resolution authorizes publication of Notice of Intention to Issue Combination Tax and Revenue Certificates of Obligation, Series 2019, in an amount not to exceed $10,850,000 for the purposes of: paying contractual obligations incurred for the following purposes, to wit: (i) acquisition of City information technology infrastructure and equipment; (ii) designing, engineering, developing, constructing, improving and repairing, extending and expanding streets, thoroughfares and bridges, including streetscaping, related storm drainage improvements, signalization and other traffic controls, sidewalks, street lights and the acquisition of any right of way therefore, (iii) acquisition of City vehicles for police, public works and parks and recreation purposes; (iv) designing, developing, constructing, improving and renovating City buildings and facilities, including parks, recreation and arts facilities and Fire Station Number 4 ((i) through (iv), the “Project”); and (v) to pay for professional services of attorneys, financial advisors and other professionals in connection with the Project and the issuance of the Certificates.
