The City contracts for the replacement of sidewalks, driveway approaches, and curb and gutter associated with the City's 50/50 Cost Sharing Program. Under the Mesquite City Code, property owners are responsible for repairing the sidewalks, driveway approaches, and curb and gutter adjacent to their property. Work will be performed at various locations throughout the City as requested by participating property owners.

The contract includes the option to renew for up to two additional one-year terms, subject to the mutual agreement of both the City and the Contractor and execution of a written renewal agreement.
