Equipment Services collaborates with departments to review vehicle conditions, maintenance expenditures, downtime, and operations’ needs.
Based on this evaluation, staff has identified an aging unit with escalating maintenance costs and declining reliability. A Roll-Off Truck was approved in the Fiscal Year 2026-2027 Capital Outlay Budget.
The proposed unit is a Mack GR64 Roll-Off Truck. The new unit is estimated to arrive in December 2026.
