This project is for the paving reconstruction on Wiser Road between FM 740 and the Matthew Holzapfel Pump Station. This improvement will include 3,912 linear feet of asphalt mill and overlay.
This project is anticipated to begin on July 1, 2024, and to be completed by August 30, 2024.
Bid notices were broadcast through the Periscope Holdings electronic bidding system, posted on the City’s website, and published in the Daily Commercial Record newspaper. A total of three responsive bids were received. Staff has reviewed their qualifications and recommends award of the base bid to CCGMG, LLC, Series B.
Financial Implications
This project is funded with Water and Sewer Funds.

Staff recommends that City Manager be authorized to finalize and execute a contract with CCGMG, LLC, Series B.
