During the Pre-Meeting, City staff and representatives from Trinity Valley Electric Cooperative (TVEC) will present an overview of TVEC operations and discuss a proposed franchise agreement to allow TVEC to distribute retail electricity to end use customers in the Trailwind subdivision and other Mesquite customers within TVEC’s Certificate of Convenience and Necessity.
