Immix Technology, Inc. is the authorized distributor of Procore, a cloud-based Software as a Service construction management platform. The software provides a comprehensive solution to improve project management efficiency, coordination, and professionalism.

 

The Public Works Department seeks a wide-ranging project management software to oversee the design and construction of capital improvement projects, including roadways, drainage, water and sewer systems, and other infrastructure and facility upgrades. Staff requests approval of a three-year agreement at a cost of $291,377.83, billed and paid over a three-year period with annual payments as follows:  

 

Year One: Includes Implementation and Training, for $129,008.69

 

Year Two: Subscription to the software for $81,184.57

 

Year Three: Continued subscription to the software for $81,184.57

 

Financial Implications

Funding is allocated from Water and Sewer Revenue.

 

Recommended/Desired Action

Staff recommends award to Immix Technology, Inc.
