During the Pre-Meeting, consultants from Stantec will provide a presentation regarding the City of Mesquite Housing Assessment.
The City of Mesquite contracted with Stantec to conduct a Housing Study for the City. The intent of the study is to identify existing housing availability and determine current and future housing needs. Stantec has completed the process and has composed a report that includes housing production targets, comparison housing data, connectivity mapping, and recommended housing strategies. Staff will utilize this report as guidance in formatting strategic priorities for housing in the City of Mesquite.
