The Police and Fire Department fleet of rugged computers are in need of replacement and require new mounting hardware and Power Adapters for the new devices. IT has received a quote from GTS Technology Solutions Inc., through the Texas Department of Information Resources Contract No. DIR-CPO-4751 and DIR-TSO-3763-R.
Financial Implications
Funding for this purchase is part of the Fiscal Year 2025 Capital Projects. The remaining funds will be used to purchase additional required equipment for this project such as mobile data computers, vehicle mounting equipment, installation services, in-car-camera and patient care reporting equipment.
