The Mesquite Quality of Life Corporation (MQOLC) Board of Directors’ By-laws require that an annual report be presented to the City Council by March of each calendar year following the end of the fiscal year. The annual report shall include a review of the accomplishments and activities of the Board for the previous budget year.
