This request is for the purchase of nine monocular night vision devices and one binocular night vision device.
Financial Implications
On March 23, 2021, Homeland Security Grants Division (HSGD) grant number 3551001 was awarded to the City of Mesquite for $60,000.00. The grant period is from February 1, 2021, to August 31, 2021.
The purpose of the HSGD is to support state and local efforts to prevent terrorism and other catastrophic events and to prepare the Nation for the threats and hazards that pose the greatest risk to the security of the United States.
