The Mesquite Quality of Life Corporation (MQOLC) Board of Directors’ Third Bylaws require that an annual report be presented to the City Council no later than the first Monday of March of each calendar year following the end of the fiscal year. The annual report shall include a review of the accomplishments and activities of the Board for the previous budget year.
