Two transfer trucks were approved in the Fiscal Year 2023-2024 Capital Outlay budget as follows:
• Solid Waste Residential - 2
Staff has located two transfer trucks to replace aging units with high maintenance and mileage cost. Current estimated time of arrival of new units is June 2024.
Financial Implications
The remaining funds will be used to purchase residual approved vehicles.
Recommended/Desired Action
Staff recommends award to Rush Truck Centers of Texas, LP.
