The collection of false alarm fees is regulated by City Ordinance. CentralSquare Technologies, LLC, will provide services, utilizing the CryWolf False Alarm Management Solution, to control the alarm permit procedure as well as collection of related alarm fees. CentralSquare Technologies, LLC, will provide the service for a revenue share percentage of 14 percent of the total alarm revenue. It has been estimated that when fully operational, the program should collect an estimated $170,000.00 yearly before the revenue share split.
Financial Implications
Funding will be received by the City as an 86 percent portion of the total alarm revenue.
