A resolution adopting revisions to the City of Mesquite Housing Choice Voucher Administrative Plan.
Body
As a part of the City’s Housing Choice Voucher program, the Housing Division maintains and follows an Administrative Plan which was last updated in 2025. The Administrative Plan outlines required U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) guidelines, along with local established policies that provide direction to staff.
A summary of the revisions to the Administrative Plan is included in the Resolution as Exhibit A.
Recommended/Desired Action
Staff recommends approval of the resolution.
