Conduct a public hearing to receive input from citizens regarding the proposed Fiscal Year 2020-21 budget.

While not required by law, the City Council has traditionally held multiple public hearings to allow citizens additional opportunities to comment on the proposed budget. This is the third public hearing to receive citizen input on the proposed budget for Fiscal Year 2020-21. The first public hearing was held on July 6, 2020 and the second public hearing was held on July 20, 2020.
A final public hearing will be held on September 8, 2020, prior to the adoption of the budget in accordance with State law.
