Authorize the City Manager to finalize and execute a Professional Engineering Services Contract with Walter P. Moore & Associates, Inc. a Texas Corporation, for the Stream 2B4 Drainage Study, in the amount of $321,280.00.
Body
This contract will consist of hydrologic and hydraulic modeling of Stream 2B4 between Municipal Way and Military Parkway. The purpose of improvements will be to reduce flooding of residential properties, commercial properties, and streets. Specific locations of known flooding concerns are homes located north of West Kearney Street and west of Stream 2B4; North Carmack Street; West Kearney Street; and developed commercial property south of West Kearney Street.
Financial Implications
Funding for the study is allocated with Drainage Utility District revenues.

Staff recommends the City Manager be authorized to finalize and execute a Professional Services Contract with Walter P. Moore & Associates, Inc.
