Two vehicles were approved in the Fiscal Year 2023-2024 Capital Outlay budget as follows:
• Police Department - Operations - 2
F-150 Responders have been requested to support Commercial Motor Vehicle Enforcement (CMVE). Storage space is needed to accommodate specialty scales and other CMVE related equipment which requires the use of pickup trucks. Staff has located two F-150 Police Responders with an estimated delivery of May 2024.
Financial Implications
The remaining funds will be used to outfit the vehicles with radios, lights, scales, and other required emergency equipment.
