Nine members of the Historic Mesquite, Inc., (HMI) Board of Directors are appointed by the City Council and nine additional members are self-appointed by the Board.
Currently, the HMI Board of Directors has three vacancies for regular members (Places 2, 8 and 9). Members of the Board serve staggered three-year terms.
