Currently, the Keep Mesquite Beautiful (KMB), Inc., Board of Directors has three vacancies for Regular Members (Place Nos. 1, 5 and 6). All members serve alternating three-year terms with a limit of two terms.
KMB is a non-profit corporation. Therefore, attendance requirements are not applicable to this board. KMB was created to implement and maintain the Keep America Beautiful and Keep Texas Beautiful System and as an outgrowth and revision of the Mesquite Beautification Commission.
