During the Pre-Meeting, staff will brief Council on street preservation efforts, highlighting the increase of in-house asphalt production to expand street repairs, extend pavement life, and improve ride quality. The briefing will also cover progress updates shared on social media, in the Road Report, and on the Five-Year Streets & Alley Plan dashboard, as well as how recent equipment investments are improving efficiency and increasing annual delivery capacity.
